The cottage is situated in beautiful, rural Perthshire but is only a 10 minute drive from Aberfeldy, 20 minutes from Pitlochry and 45 minutes from Perth, so you will find all the amenities you need nearby. It is worth noting that a quiet lane runs behind the house and there is a busier road on the other side of the river that is audible. We live part-time in the cottage next door.
